Her profession is fitness trainer and YouTuber, most famous for inventing the 21 Day Fix Diet. She holds a certificate as a fitness instructor and is part of the Beachbody trainers community. The 27th of September 2013, she created her own YouTube channel on which she posts diet and exercise tips. Her previous work was with Brooke Burke's Modern Mom. Newton was introduced to the actor who played her husband Chris Diamantopoulos in a subway station in New York and they married on May 12 2005. Newton and Diamantopoulos confirmed their pregnancy on the 1st of July 2010. She had a son in the early part of November, 2010 and a girl in early 2014. Newton played Amanda Tanen, the ABC drama comedy series Ugly Betty. She played the role until 2010. Newton, along with Michael Urie was co-hosting the Ugly Betty podcast. Newton also appeared in ABC.com's web-based show Mode After Hours opposite Urie. Ugly Betty, which lasted four seasons, was cancelled by ABC in 2010. Chris Diamantopoulos married her in 2005. The couple gave birth to a son during the year the year 2010.
